1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Hesperan API and console by businesses. [Consumer use excluded / included.]

2. Account and keys

You keep your API keys confidential and are responsible for all requests made with them. Revoke compromised keys immediately.

3. Plans, balance and payment

Requests are paid from a plan's monthly allowance of decisions or from a prepaid balance. The current allowance, including the loyalty bonus, is shown in the console; changes to allowances or prices are announced at least 30 days in advance. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. The loyalty bonus (+5 % per full month of an unbroken subscription, up to +50 %) ends when a subscription is cancelled. A prepaid balance does not expire; refunded top-ups are removed from the balance. Purchases are sold through Link by Stripe as merchant of record [if Managed Payments is used]. [Refund policy.]

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to extract the model, no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review. [Further restrictions.]
